Banquet Hall Rental
Balance of $200 Rental Fee due within 15 days of the Event.
A reservation fee of $50 will be refunded if the rental unit is left clean and satisfactory after rental.
Security may be required if alcohol is served and there are more than 50 people in attendance. The renter will be responsible for all fees associated with the rental.

- Spacious rental Area and family-friendly environment for medium to large gatherings – weddings, receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, church events, family reunions, and others
- Beautiful window views
- Total Area – 4,000 square feet
- Banquet area – ~ 2,500 square feet
- Occupancy is 231
The renter will be responsible for all fees associated with the rental. The security fee is $125 for a minimum of 4 hours.
$100 Deposit and $50 reservation fee must be paid to reserve the date. The remaining balance of the rental fee in the amount of $200 is due no later than 15 days prior to the event. Failure to pay the rental fee balance on time could result in the loss of the deposit.
Event cancellation: Refunds will be made for cancellations made at least three (3) weeks prior to the event, but the $50 Reservation fee will be retained. If canceled within the two-week window, $150 Deposit and Reservation fee will be forfeited.

Pool Rental Fees
Balance of $200 Rental Fee due within 15 days of Event
Reservation Fee of $50 returned if everything is left clean and satisfactory upon rental.
Swim Party timeframe is 4 hours (from set up to clean up)
Note: For additional pool time, requests will be considered based on availability. Additional pool time will incur cost of $25 per hour.
For pool parties over 20 people, additional lifeguard(s) and fees will be required.
No alcohol allowed in correlation with any pool event.
Security will be required for groups of 50 or more.
Renter will be responsible for all fees.

Banquet Hall Rental – $300 Rental Fee / $150 Deposit Fee
Pool – $250 (Pool rental for 2 hours)
Note: For additional pool time, requests will be considered based on availability. Additional pool time will incur cost of $25 per hour.
